What is Paradigm

A paradigm of reality is our notion of what's real and the way reality works. It is much more effectible and changeable than most of us realize. It really is affected on a variety of level of our experience.

What is Paradigm
On an individual level, your experience of reality can radically differ from day-to-day or even from moment-to-moment, with respect to the particular experiences you're having as well as the mood you're in. For instance, in the event you just received fired from your job, and your boyfriend just broke up with you, you may feel life's against you. After which perhaps several weeks later you have a good job offer, and someone there is a crush on calls you together with asks get you started over a date. You might then feel life's really for you personally after all.

What is Paradigm
And there are also differences between your general paradigm of reality one individual has from another. For example, a person who generally includes a negative attitude toward life and fails at everything he or she tries, has a completely different paradigm of reality than someone who generally sees the positive in life and succeeds in whatever they do.

Additionally, there are very strong cultural definitions about what is real and the way life works, which were handed down from generation to generation. Then there is generally great pressure from the older generations for the younger generations to evolve to them.

There are also paradigms of reality locked in place by humanity generally speaking. As an example, the majority of humanity holds in place the fact that we are at the mercy of people and circumstances outside ourselves, and that physical power is stronger than every other kind of power.

Each of us is holding in position a particular paradigm of reality. Each and every time we speak or make any move, or simply be, we have been expressing and holding in position the way we define reality, and we are modeling that paradigm of reality to people around us and influencing types accordingly. Our paradigm is formed in line with the experiences we've had; how healthy or unhealthy we are physically, emotionally and spiritually; and also the evolutionary stage we have been at. The problem is: How close is the paradigm of reality to undistorted truth, and how much is it distorted by limiting decisions* you have made, or tied to the degree of evolution you've reached?

Individuals are generally very invested in holding set up their unique paradigm of reality, even when it's highly distorted and dysfunctional. It is where we are really living, and it is our source of stability. It is the ground we have been sitting on. It's the way we define what's true. The objective is always to move toward an ever more positive and undistorted paradigm of reality.
